    We bought a 3 BHK in Melon Rejoyz last month. The built-up area is quite decent, around 1170 sq.ft, which felt spacious enough for our growing family. Being ready to move was a huge plus for us. The price was within our expected range, falling around 60 Lakhs. The location in Edappally is convenient, with Cochin Public School just a 3-minute drive away. My main concern is the traffic on Seaport Airport Road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. However, the builder, Melonwood Homes, seems to have provided good amenities like a gymnasium and 24x7 security, which were important factofor us.

My only worry is the noise from the main road, but hopefully, the double-glazed windows help with that. The flat is ready to move, which was perfect.
