    We are finally moving out of our rented house and bought a 1250 Sq.ft flat here. Manju Infra Avenues is situated perfectly near Masjid Banda, which is very convenient for our commute. We managed to secure it for 66.5 Lakhs, which was the maximum we could afford. The builder, Manju Infra, has been quite transparent about the progress so far. We are excited about the December 2024 completion date as we want to settle down before the next school year begins. The construction quality looks solid for an under construction property. It is such a relief to have our own space in a nice area like Kondapur. We definitely feel this is a smart choice for our family and we are counting down the months until we get the keys.

The price point of 66.5 Lakhs is within our budget for a home in this city. It is located right at Masjid Banda which makes it convenient for our daily outings.     Everything about this project seems straightforward so far. I booked a 1500 Sq.ft apartment in Manju Infra Avenues because the location in Kondapur is very close to where I currently work. Manju Infra is currently building the units and they have promised completion by December 2024. The price was around 79.8 Lakhs which is fair for this locality in Hyderabad. I am slightly worried about the parking space because I have two vehicles and the layout looks a bit tight. I hope they provide enough room for visitotoo. Other than that, the site is easy to find as it is just opposite the Apple Pre-School. I am keeping my fingecrossed that they stick to the promised timeline for handover.

    I have been tracking the market in Kondapur for a while now and decided to put some money into Manju Infra Avenues. The 1500 Sq.ft unit is well priced at 79.8 Lakhs considering the location near Gachibowli. It is still under construction but the progress looks steady for a December 2024 completion. As someone who looks at the numbe, the price per square foot seems reasonable for this part of Hyderabad. My only concern is that the construction dust in the area is quite heavy these days because of multiple projects nearby. I hope the final finishing of the apartment is handled with care by Manju Infra. Accessing the site from the main road is fine for now but I hope the approach road stays clear of congestion once the building is fully occupied.
