The location in Kondapur is quite good, and it's a decent residential area. The project offeessential amenities like a lift and 24x7 security. The price range of 66.3 L to 88.8 L was manageable for us. Our main concern is the lack of readily available OC received information, which makes us a bit hesitant about future resale value. However, the construction looks solid and the community feels safe. We are hoping the developer addresses the OC concern.
