The ready-to-move status was a huge plus for me as I didn't want to wait for construction. The location in Edappally is quite good, with Campion School a short distance, which is great for future planning. The KPV and VS Group project has 24x7 security, which gives some peace of mind. I was a bit concerned about the parking, as it seems a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle, but for now, it's manageable. I'm hoping this is a good investment.
