We were looking for our fit home in Pune and found Jhala Nirmal Township. We booked a 2 BHK which is 824 Sq.ft. It felt the right size for us and the price of 51.81 Lakh was within our budget. The proximity to The Lexicon School, a short distance, is perfect for when we plan to start a family. We liked the swimming pool and the children's play area. The 24x7 security is also reassuring. The construction quality looks good. We did notice some traffic congestion on the main road during peak hou, but it’s manageable given the other benefits.

The pricing is between 51.81 Lakh and 78.6 Lakh. It's a ready-to-move-in property, which simplifies the buying process. The developer, Jhala Group, has been around for a while. Amenities like the clubhouse, gymnasium, and jogging track are decent. My primary concern is the parking situation; it seems a bit tight, especially if you have multiple vehicles. The location is accessible, but the internal roads could be better maintained.

As a single woman, safety and convenience are my top priorities. Jhala Nirmal Township in Hadapsar has 24x7 security, which is a big relief. I purchased a 2 BHK apartment; the built-up area is 950 Sq.ft, which feels spacious enough for me. The proximity to the Sasane Nagar Railway Station Bus Stop, a short distance, makes commuting very easy. I also appreciate the landscaping and tree planting, it makes the complex feel pleasant. The price was around 60 Lakh. The only downside I found is the lack of readily available bank information for home loans, which made the initial process a little uncertain. The multipurpose room is a nice addition for community activities.

I bought a 3 BHK unit here as an investment. The built-up area for the 3 BHK is 1100 Sq.ft, which is a good size for renting out. Jhala Group has a history of completing projects, and this one was ready by July 2009, which is quite some time ago. The location in Sasane Nagar, Hadapsar is developing, and connectivity to Mumbai-Pune Expressway is a plus. The only concern is the lack of OC received information, which is usually important for resale value. However, the price point of around 70 Lakh for a 3 BHK is competitive in this area. The Vastu compliant design is also a selling point for many tenants.

Moving to Pune for work and needed something ready to move into. Jhala Nirmal Township in Hadapsar seemed like a good option. The 2 BHK apartments are between 824 to 1250 Sq.ft which gives decent space. I liked that it's close to Sahyadri Super Speciality Hospital, makes my commute easy. The Pune-Solapur Highway is also nearby which is convenient for travel. A minor issue is the dust from the ongoing construction nearby, but I think that will settle down. The price range of 51.81 Lakh to 78.6 Lakh seems reasonable for the location and amenities. The gymnasium and swimming pool are a big plus for my daily routine.
