We chose Gowra Express Towebecause it is very close to Kendriya Vidyalaya, Gachibowli, which is close to here. Our kids can easily get to school without a long commute. The 3 BHK apartments are quite large, ranging from 1850 to 2500 square feet built up, giving us enough room. Having 24x7 security and a children's play area were important factofor us as parents. The power backup is also reliable, which is crucial. The only small issue is finding parking space for visitosometimes, it can get a little tight. Overall, it's a good family-friendly location with decent connectivity.

We liked the landscaping too. However, the traffic getting onto Radial Road no. 5 during peak houcan be a bit much. We are still considering it but wanted to check out a couple more places in Manikonda.

The location near Manikonda is convenient, and it's close to the Raidurg Metro Station, which helps with commuting. We looked at a 2 BHK which was about 1400 square feet built up. The building has essential amenities like a gym and a swimming pool. Landscaping looks nice. The main concern for us was the price, although we are not given specific numbe, it felt a bit higher than we initially budgeted for. We are still weighing our options but the ready-to-move status is very appealing.
