The 3 BHK flats have a built-up area of 1541 square feet, which is a good size. The price starts at 73.97 Lakhs, which is on the higher side for my government salary, but the project is ready to move in. They have good amenities like a sports area and indoor games. Landscaping and tree planting are also part of the project. My only concern is the OC not being available, which is a bit worrying.
