We looked at the 3 BHK flats, which are between 1800 to 2000 square feet. The price range of 1.03 Crore to 1.4 Crore was acceptable for us. The fact that it's ready to move in meant we could plan our move without much delay. The metro station is also not too far away, which is great for weekend trips. Overall, a good decision.
