My parents will be moving into this GK Infra Green Grove apartment soon. I chose this project because GK Infra Private Limited has a good reputation for delivering projects on time. The 1250 square feet 2 BHK configuration seems like a good size for them. It's located in Kondapur, which is a developing area with decent connectivity. I checked the plans and the sewage treatment plant and water conservation amenities are important for my parents. They need to be close to KIMS Hospitals Kondapur as well, which is only a short distance. The only slight worry is the distance from the main highways, NH 65 and Old Mumbai Highway are both nearby, so it might take a bit longer to get places.

GK Infra Private Limited is the developer, and they have promised completion by March 2025. The location in Kondapur is quite convenient, with good connectivity to major highways like NH 65 and Old Mumbai Highway. The inclusion of a children's play area among the amenities would have been nice, but the general construction quality looks promising. We are slightly concerned about the parking situation, as closed car parking can sometimes be limited in newer projects. We are hoping for the best.

The built-up area for the 3 BHK is 1460 square feet, which feels spacious enough for future needs. I was impressed by the location in Madhava Hills, Kondapur, which is quite accessible. It's only a little over close to the HITEC City Metro Station, making commutes easier. The construction by GK Infra Private Limited looks solid from the site visits. My main concern is the completion date of March 2025, which feels a bit far off, but the agent assured me it's a firm date. Overall, I'm excited about this beginning.

The location in Madhava Hills, Kondapur, is developing nicely. The developer, GK Infra Private Limited, seems professional. I appreciate the focus on water conservation and rain water harvesting amenities, which are essential given Hyderabad's climate. The proximity to HITEC City Metro Station, nearby, is also a significant advantage for commuting. The only downside I noticed during my visit was the traffic congestion on the main roads during peak hou, which might be an issue sometimes.
