I liked that it is a ready to move project and the OC has been received, ensuring it's a proper, completed property. The location in Hanuman Nagar, Kondapur, is convenient, with Maharishi Vidya Mandir School nearby at nearby and KIMS Hospitals Kondapur nearby. My parents will have easy access to essential services. The only feedback I have received is that the construction dust from nearby ongoing developments can be a bit botheome sometimes, but it is expected in a developing area.
