The price was reasonable, somewhere in the middle of the 17.54 Lakh to 42.91 Lakh bracket. The multipurpose room is useful for gatherings. The traffic on the main road can be a bit much during peak hou, which is a small downside. However, the accessibility to schools and hospitals is excellent. The availability of ample car parking is also a relief.
