The price was 85 Lakhs, which was within our savings. The main concern for us is the traffic during peak houon the main road, which can be quite heavy. Overall, it seems like a good place to settle.

The price is 79.99 Lakhs, which I felt was reasonable for my fit purchase in Kochi. The location in Edappally is decent. Desai Homes is the developer. It's currently under construction and supposed to be ready by December 2026. I chose it because of the landscaped gardens and the rain water harvesting system. I am a little nervous about the fact that OC is not yet available. The size of the rooms feels a bit compact, but I am hoping it will feel bigger once furnished.
