It's currently under construction and supposed to be ready by December 2026. I chose it because of the landscaped gardens and the rain water harvesting system. I am a little nervous about the fact that OC is not yet available. The size of the rooms feels a bit compact, but I am hoping it will feel bigger once furnished.
