We purchased a 2 BHK apartment in Classic Meadows, around 1175 sq.ft built up. The price was just under 40 lakh, which seemed reasonable for the area. It's ready to move in, which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. Reputed Builder has a decent track record. The Vastu compliance was also important for us. My only small concern is the traffic on the main road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. The proximity to Arbor International School and KIMS Hospitals is excellent though, practically zero distance.
