Our kids attend school not too far from Thrikkakara, and the proximity to Sunrise Hospital Kochi, also nearby, is reassuring for any emergency. Classic Homes has provided 24X7 water supply, which is essential with children. While the construction quality seems decent, the common areas could use a bit more attention. Parking can sometimes be a challenge if you have guests over. We are generally happy with the decision to buy here, as the location offea good balance of connectivity and essential services. The earthquake-resistant structure was a key factor for us.
