We decided to buy a flat in Casadel Beyond Infinity for our retirement yeaThe location in Kalamassery, Kochi, is quite accessible, with Pathadipalam Metro Station nearby. We liked the idea of a Reflexology Park and the swimming pool for leisure. We looked at the 4 BHK options, which are quite spacious, starting from 1972 sq.ft. The overall budget for such units goes up to 2.06 Crore. The project is still under construction, expected to be completed by December 2028. While the amenities are attractive, the dust and noise from ongoing construction can be a bit botheome at times. We hope Casadel Buildemanages this well. The smart security with visitor management is a reassuring feature for us.
