I selected AVN Residency in Whitefields, Kondapur for my parents. It is ready to move, which was a priority, and it is conveniently located near KIMS Hospitals Kondapur. The 3 BHK configuration, with a built-up area of 1515 sq.ft, offeample space for them. They will appreciate the landscaping and the children's play area, even though they don't have young kids, it adds to the aesthetic. Power backup is also a crucial amenity for them. The main reason for choosing this project by AVN Constructions was its established presence and the straightforward purchase process for a ready property. The price was within our budget for a Hyderabad property.

We were looking for something ready to move in Kondapur and AVN Residency fit the bill. The 1200 sq.ft 2 BHK seemed like a good size for us. It's great that they have a swimming pool and gym right within the complex. Being so close to Kendriya Vidyalaya is a huge plus for future planning, though the commute to Gachibowli can get a bit busy during peak houWe liked the landscaping, it feels quite green. The price range was a bit higher than we initially expected, but considering it's ready to move and in this location, it felt reasonable. I bought a 2 BHK flat here at AVN Residency. The 1200 sq.ft size is perfect for me. I really appreciate the gymnasium and the swimming pool available within the complex, making it easy to stay active. Being close to KIMS Hospitals Kondapur is also a significant advantage for peace of mind. The construction was completed a while back, but the community feels vibrant. My only slight worry is the parking; it can get a bit tight during evenings when most residents are back. We chose AVN Residency because of its proximity to Kendriya Vidyalaya, which is right next door. Our kids can easily walk to school. The 3 BHK flats are quite spacious, around 1515 sq.ft, giving us enough room. We also liked that there's a children's play area and a community hall. The location in Whitefields, Kondapur is convenient for us. While the project was completed in 2007, it has been well-maintained. The only minor issue is that the Old Mumbai Highway is nearby, so occasional traffic jams can be a nuisance when travelling further out. Overall, it's a good place for families.
