After retiring, I wanted a peaceful place to settle down. AV Adah Residency in Kondapur seemed like a good option. The proximity to KIMS Hospitals Kondapur, nearby, provides peace of mind. It is also close to the HITEC City Metro Station, which is nearby, making it easy to visit family in other parts of the city. The project is ready to move, which meant no waiting. AV Constructions built this residential complex. While the location is generally good, the traffic noise from the nearby main roads can be a bit much sometimes, especially during the day. The apartment itself is comfortable, and the maintenance staff are quite prompt with requests. Overall, a comfortable living space.

We were looking for a ready-to-move flat and AV Adah Residency caught our eye. Kondapur is a vibrant area with a lot happening. It's great that Maharishi Vidya Mandir School is nearby, which will be useful later. The metro station at HITEC City is also not too far, nearby, which is helpful for one of us who uses it regularly. The biggest plus is that it's ready to move, so we could shift in immediately after purchase. My only minor gripe is that the parking space feels a little cramped, especially for our two vehicles.
