The location near LuLu Mall (1.8 km) and Pathadipalam Metro Station (1.76 kms) is fantastic for someone who relies on public transport and enjoys shopping. The video door security and 24x7 CCTV surveillance give me peace of mind. The price range was a bit high for me, around 1.01 Crore, but the convenience is worth it.
