    We were looking to upgrade from our rental flat and found AR Green Valley Block A. The 3 BHK configuration offered a built-up area of 1475 Sq.ft to 1886 Sq.ft, so we chose one around 1500 Sq.ft. It feels much more spacious than our current place. It is ready to move, which was a big plus as we didn't want to wait. The location in Kondapur, Serilingampally is decent, with HITEC City Metro Station about 2.97 kilometeaway, making commutes easier. NH 65 is also close to the project. The price range for our flat was around 90 Lakh. The construction quality looks solid. My only concern is the internal roads and footpaths; they seem a bit narrow for comfortable walking, especially during peak houwhen traffic can be heavy in Kondapur.

The project is ready to move and was completed in June 2017. It has important amenities like fire fighting systems and street lighting. The location is quite good, with easy access to NH 65 (2 KM) and Old Mumbai Highway (3 KM). AR Infra and Developer seems to have focused on practical aspects. My only minor complaint is that the dust from nearby construction sites can be a bit botheome sometimes, but that's common in developing areas like Kondapur.

It is ready to move, so I could see the actual flat before buying. The developer, AR Infra and Developer, has provided basic amenities like 24X7 water supply and closed car parking. The location in West Hyderabad is convenient. I liked that the project is completed and ready. However, I was a bit put off by the lack of OC received information. Also, the price felt a little high for the area, though it's a ready-to-move property which often commands a premium. I hope it turns out to be a good fit investment.

The price was around 69.9 Lakh. The amenities like 24X7 water supply and closed car parking are essential for senior citizens. I am hoping the AR Infra and Developer team will ensure good quality living for them. The only slight worry is that the OC received status is not available, but since it's ready to move and was completed in June 2017, I trust it should be fine.

The kids needed to be close to school, and Maharishi Vidya Mandir School is only 1.86 kilometeaway. KIMS Hospitals Kondapur is also very close at 1.8 kilomete, which gives us peace of mind. Being ready to move meant we could shift quickly. The price for our larger flat was around 1.13 Crore. The project includes essential amenities like a sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting. The only drawback is the parking situation. While it's closed car parking, the spaces feel a bit cramped, making it slightly difficult to maneuver larger vehicles in and out.
