The completion date is December 2030, which is quite a ways off, but it gives me time to plan finances. The location is decent, with the Pune-Solapur Highway nearby. The amenities like the Swimming Pool and Gymnasium are good additions. However, I feel the carpet area for the 1 BHK at 723 Sq.ft might be a bit small for future needs, and larger configurations are pricey.
