    I bought a 3 BHK here because I wanted a place that was ready to move in and had good connectivity. Aditya Heights is located in Kondapur, Whitefields, which is super convenient. KIMS Hospitals and Kendriya Vidyalaya are nearby, less than nearby, which is reassuring. The apartment is 2380 sq.ft, so plenty of space for me. The price was on the higher side, around 2.14 Crore, but I felt the location and the fact that it was ready to move justified it. The 3-level parking is a bit confusing initially, but once you get the hang of it, it's fine. The 24x7 water supply is a big relief.
