We love the swimming pool and the gymnasium; it feels like a mini-resort. The complex has a garbage disposal system, which is convenient. Campion School is nearby, which is great for the kids. The overall construction quality looks good, and the layout is practical. The proximity to the metro is also a bonus for commuting.
