We are upgrading from our rental place and looking for a spacious home. ABAD Oasis in Edappally has several configurations, including 3 BHK apartments starting from 1531 square feet. We are considering a larger unit, perhaps a 4 BHK which goes up to 2862 square feet. The project has a club house and a tennis court which we plan to use. Having a gymnasium is also a great plus for us. The location is good, close to the metro station. We are also impressed by the landscaping and tree planting. The only drawback is that the prices weren't available, so budgeting is a bit uncertain. But the fact that it's ready to move is a big plus.
