Being right on the Solapur – Mangalore Highway means my commute is super short, maybe 15 minutes. The 2 BHK flat we got is decent sized, enough space for us for now. My partner liked that Indiana Hospital is a short distance, very convenient. We haven't faced any major issues since moving in, although the building does feel a bit older compared to newer constructions. The developer, Vishwas Bawa Builde, seems to have maintained it reasonably well. We are hoping the value increases over the next few yea

The KVS Bus Stop being a short distance is a lifesaver for my daily commute, and knowing Cambridge School is also so close is good for the future. Sometimes the traffic noise from the highway can be noticeable, especially during peak hou, but we are getting used to it. Vishwas Bawa Buildeis a known name, and the project is ready to move in. My only reservation is the parking area seems a bit cramped, especially for larger vehicles or if you have more than one car.
