We chose RedBricks Village Phase III I for our retirement home because of its convenient location in Kulashekara. It is very close to Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute - Mangaluru, which provides peace of mind. The 2 BHK apartment we bought has a built-up area of around 890 Sq.ft, which is comfortable for us. The developer, Redbricks Dwellings & Infraprojects Pvt Ltd, included amenities like a lift and water storage, which are essential. Being ready to move in March 2014 meant we didn't have to wait. The proximity to the highways is great for occasional travel, although sometimes the road leading to the project can feel a bit narrow.

Redbricks Dwellings & Infraprojects Pvt Ltd has provided good amenities like a gymnasium and a jogging track. The main highway connectivity is also superb. The only minor issue is that parking can be a bit of a challenge if you have guests over.
