As a business owner, my time is valuable, so finding a project that is ready to move was key. Vishwas Bawa Heritage in Kulashekara offered just that. I purchased a 3 BHK which has a good carpet area, between 1210 and 1405 square feet. The proximity to the Mangalore - Bangalore Highway, a short distance, is fantastic for my travel needs. I also appreciate the 24x7 water supply and high-speed elevato, which are essential for daily life. The construction seems solid. The price range for the larger flats goes up to 44.96 Lakh, which is substantial, but the location and convenience justify it for me. I'm generally happy with the decision.

We chose Vishwas Bawa Heritage mainly because of its location. Cambridge School is just a 2-minute drive away, and Indiana Hospital is also very close, which gives us peace of mind. We bought a 2 BHK apartment with a carpet area of about 900 square feet. The children's play area and the jogging track are great for the kids. The 24x7 security is also a big plus for us. The apartment itself is functional, although the living room feels a bit compact. The price point is reasonable for the area, with most flats falling between 19.52 Lakh and 44.96 Lakh. We haven't experienced any major issues so far, and the overall environment is quite pleasant.

I opted for a 2 BHK with a carpet area of 850 square feet. The proximity to KVS Bus Stop (2 minutes) is convenient for local travel, and the nearby highways are accessible.
