I am buying a flat in Guardian Giovanni for my parents who live in Mangalore. They need a comfortable place that's easy to manage and close to amenities. The ready-to-move status means they can shift in soon. Having Indiana Hospital & Heart Institute just a 4-minute drive away is very important for their health. The project by Guardian Infrastructure offe2 and 3 BHK options. I chose a 1375 Sq.ft 2 BHK, which should be a good size for them. The location in Kulashekara is familiar and convenient for them.

We are upgrading from our rental place and chose Guardian Giovanni in Kulashekara. The location is very convenient, being only a minute from Sacred Heart School where we both teach. We looked at a 3 BHK apartment, and the 1055 Sq.ft option seems like a good size for us to grow into. It’s ready to move, which is a big relief after yeaof renting. The project by Guardian Infrastructure has lifts and power backup. One thing we noticed is that Airport Road can get quite busy, and there might be some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but the convenience outweighs it for us.

The location in Kulashekara is quite accessible, close to Airport Road and the main Mangalore - Bangalore Highway. We looked at the 3 BHK flats; the larger ones around 2665 Sq.ft are quite spacious. The building has lifts and power backup, which are standard but good to have. My only slight concern is the traffic can get a bit heavy during peak houon the main roads nearby. The 1000 Sq.ft 2 BHK we saw had a nice layout, though maybe a little small for us long term. It's ready to move which was a huge plus. Getting to the Solapur – Mangalore Highway is pretty quick from here, making the commute easier. The developer, Guardian Infrastructure, seems to have completed this project back in August 2016. Power backup is included, which is essential. We are still considering our options, but it’s definitely a contender.

We looked at a 3 BHK, and the 2665 Sq.ft size is very generous for our family. The KVS Bus Stop is also just two minutes away, so travel is convenient. Indiana Hospital is also very close by, which gives us peace of mind. The building has lifts and power backup, which are standard but necessary. We loved how close everything essential was. We are seriously thinking about booking here.
