The carpet area of 612 square feet is comfortable for me. The developer, Vishwa Vinayak Develope, has provided essential amenities like power backup and lifts, which are crucial. Being close to the Hinjawadi Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park is a big advantage for future appreciation. One thing I've noticed is the general noise level from traffic on the main road can be quite audible at times, even though the project itself is slightly off it. But considering it's my fit home, it feels like a good start. The landscaping is also quite pleasant.

The apartment size is good, the 903 square feet carpet area gives us enough space. The children's play area is a nice facility for the little ones. We liked that it is ready to move in, so no waiting. The swimming pool is also a big hit with the family. My only slight worry is the dust and noise from ongoing construction in nearby areas, but hopefully, that settles down soon.
