I opted for a 2 BHK apartment which has a carpet area ranging from 477 to 591 sq.ft. The price was around 50 Lakh. Having a gymnasium and 24x7 water supply are essential for my demanding schedule. The apartment is ready to move, which simplified my relocation process immensely. The proposed metro station at Hinjewadi is only nearby, which will be great for future commuting. The noise level from traffic on the main road can be noticeable sometimes, but it is manageable within the apartment.

The amenities like the community hall and landscaping are quite good. The location is decent, with Podar International School and Jupiter Hospital literally at the dootep. However, the traffic on the main Wakad road can be quite heavy, especially during morning and evening office hou, which adds to travel time. Also, the approach road to the building is narrow. Still, the overall living experience has been positive so far.

The only downside is the road leading to the project can be a bit dusty sometimes, especially during construction in nearby areas.
