The carpet area is 650 Sq.ft, which is quite spacious for a single peon. I really liked the idea of having a swimming pool and a jogging track within the premises for relaxation after work. The security is 24x7, which gives me peace of mind. The location in Chakan, close to P K International School, is also convenient. My only worry is the traffic on the Pune-Nashik Highway during peak hou, but that's common in most developing areas around Pune. The price was within my budget, around 18.72 Lakhs.
