    We bought a 1 BHK flat in Shriram Sumitra Residency a few months ago. The carpet area for our flat is around 400 square feet, which is quite sufficient for my wife and me. Being retired, we wanted something convenient and this location in Keshav Nagar is pretty good. It's close to Unicare Hospital Chakan, which is just a minute away, and the ST Stand is also very nearby. The developer, Shriram Reality, has included solid waste management and storm water drains, which are important practical things. The roads nearby are connected to Talegaon-Chakan Road and Pune-Nashik Road. My only small concern is that the construction dust can be a bit much sometimes, but hopefully that will settle down once the remaining work is finished.

The connectivity is decent with proximity to Chakan-Shikrapur Road and Pune-Nashik Road. My main issue is the parking; the closed car parking spaces seem a bit cramped, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Otherwise, the location is quite convenient for daily needs, being close to the bus stand and hospital. I am hoping the maintenance charges are reasonable in the long run.
