I was looking for a small, manageable flat in Pune and decided on Om Sai Sanvi Heights E F G H Wings. The 1 BHK configuration is exactly what I needed, with a carpet area of about 412 square feet. It's located in Chakan, which is a bit further out but has good road connectivity to Pune-Nashik Road and Talegaon-Chakan Road. The price point was attractive, around 21.99 Lakh. I liked that it's a Ready to Move in property, so no waiting. The main issue for me is the traffic getting into Pune for work; it can be quite heavy. However, having Anand Hospital nearby provides peace of mind. The closed car parking is also a useful amenity.

Having 24/7 water supply and sewage treatment plant are essential facilities for comfort. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look pleasant. My only concern is that the OC is not available yet, which is a bit unusual for a project completed in September 2023. The connectivity to nearby roads is good, but it's a bit of a drive to central Pune.
