We were looking for a ready-to-move property in Chakan for investment purposes and found Shriram Tradecon. The 430 square feet carpet area for the 1 BHK is quite compact, which works well for rentals. Shriram Reality seems to have completed this project back in December 2018. The location on Chakan Shikrapur Road is decent, with access to both Talegaon-Chakan Road and Pune-Nashik Road. One thing I noticed during the site visit was the traffic noise from the main road, which can be a bit much during peak houAlso, the open parking spots looked a little tight. Overall, it seems like a reasonable buy for the returns, though not exactly a luxury experience.

The project has basic amenities like storm water drains and landscaping, which are maintained well. My main concern is the slightly narrow internal roads; maneuvering a larger vehicle can be tricky sometimes. Nevertheless, for a single peon, it offebasic security and convenience.

Being ready to move in was a huge advantage for us as we didn't want to delay our children's schooling. The 24x7 water supply is reliable, which is crucial. The only small drawback is that the parking area, both closed and open, feels a bit cramped, especially when visitocome over.
