We are looking to upgrade from our rented place and Swami Kalpavruksh Heights in Chakan seemed like a good option. The 2 BHK flats offer a good carpet area, around 640 Sq.ft, which is much better than what we have now. The project by Swami Samarth Buildcon is under construction, with a completion date of December 2027. We liked that it’s close to the Talegaon-Chakan Road and Pune-Nashik Road, making commutes potentially easier. Having rain water harvesting and water conservation systems installed is also a positive sign for long-term sustainability. We just hope the construction quality is as good as it looks.
