I appreciate the Vastu compliant design. It's a ready-to-move-in project, which was important as I didn't want to wait. The club house is a nice facility to spend time. The location in Wakad is well-connected, although sometimes the traffic heading towards the main road can be a bit much during peak houOverall, it's a good place for retirement.
