The location in RR Nagar, Channasandra is accessible. Laavanya Smart Homes has provided good security with 24x7 surveillance and a manned entrance. The price starting at 75 Lakhs was within my budget. Having a gymnasium and a multipurpose hall within the complex is a great convenience. It’s good that they have ISI standard lifts. The project was completed recently, in May 2023. One thing I noticed is that the road leading to the project can get a bit busy during peak hou, which might be a minor inconvenience.
