This felt a bit on the higher side compared to some other projects in RR Nagar, but the ready-to-move-in status and the completion date of January 2022 were attractive. The developer, S L V SheltePvt Ltd, has a decent reputation. The rainwater harvesting system is a good environmental feature. However, the lack of readily available OC details was a point of hesitation. The car parking is adequate for the size of the apartment.
