It is ready to move which was a big plus for me as I did not want to wait. The availability of car parking and 24x7 security were important factoAlso, having lifts is convenient. The location is decent, with Pattanagere Metro Station nearby, making commutes easier. The temple within the complex is a nice touch for a peaceful lifestyle. My only slight worry is that the roads around RR Nagar can get quite congested during peak hou, which might affect my daily travel to the office.
