The Pattanagere Metro Station is about 3.6 kilometeaway, making commuting to other parts of Bangalore easier. I bought a 2 BHK flat, about 1150 square feet, which is a good size for me. The price was about 50 Lakhs, which was within my budget. Having a children's play area is nice even though I don't have kids, it adds to the community feel. The gymnasium is a definite plus for my fitness routine. The complex feels safe with the security measures in place. The only slight concern is that the parking area can feel a bit cramped if you have a larger vehicle.
