This is my very fit flat purchase, a 2 BHK in Shroff Signature Heights C, Wakad. The carpet area is around 494 sq.ft and the price was about 62 Lakh, which felt manageable for a fit-time buyer. It was ready to move, so I could see the actual flat before finalizing. The Shroff Group seems to have completed this project a few yeaago. I liked the landscaping and tree planting, it makes the complex look green. The internet and Wi-Fi amenity is also useful for me. Parking is available, which is good. The flat size is okay for now.
