The proximity to the proposed metro station in Hinjewadi is a significant advantage for future commutes. The 24x7 water supply is a basic necessity that is well catered for. I found the overall build quality to be satisfactory for the price point.

I purchased a 3 BHK flat in Shiv Samrudhi A Wing as an investment. The price was 91 Lakhs for the 897 Sq.ft carpet area. Wakad is a growing area, and Bhumkar Nagar offedecent connectivity. The project by Shiv Developeis ready to move, which is good for immediate rental income potential. Amenities like 24x7 water supply and internal roads are standard but essential. The nearby proposed metro station is a future growth driver. My only reservation is the lack of readily available OC details, which makes me slightly cautious about the final paperwork. The 3 BHK flat we bought has a good carpet area of 897 Sq.ft. It is ready to move in, which was important for us. The price was around 91 Lakhs. While the location is great for schools, the traffic on the main roads during peak houcan be a bit much.

It's located in Bhumkar Nagar, close to Podar International School which is convenient. The price was around 91 Lakhs, which was manageable. We liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex. The internal roads are also well-built. One thing though, the parking is closed car parking, which might be a bit tight if we get a second car in the future. Also, the dust from nearby construction was noticeable during our visit.
