I specifically looked for projects with good amenities, and the yoga/meditation area and the amphitheater at this project by Sara Builde& Developeappealed to me. The 24x7 water supply is also a key requirement for me. While the location in Chakan is developing, I'm concerned about the dust and noise from ongoing construction.
