The price was about 19.5 Lakh, which was within our budget. It is ready to move, so we could shift in immediately after booking. The location is decent, close to the Pune-Nashik Road. The amenities like 24x7 water supply are good. My only small concern is the internal roads within the complex feel a bit narrow, especially when two cameet. But overall, it's a good start for us.
