We liked the idea of moving in immediately as it was ready by June 2021. The location is decent, with schools and hospitals very close by. The 24X7 water supply and storm water drains are practical amenities. One thing we noticed is that the rooms, while functional, are not overly large; it's a compact living space. But for us starting out, it is a good beginning. The developer has included closed car parking which is convenient.
