The location is very convenient as P K International School and Anand Hospital are just a minute away. This is a huge plus for us. The project is under construction, with completion expected in December 2028. We are a bit concerned about the traffic on the nearby roads during peak hou, but the overall amenities like Water Conservation and Energy management are good. Chakan S. T. Stand Bus Stop is also very close.
