Finding a home with good facilities for kids and close to school was our priority. Saarthak Shantivan is located right next to New Era English School, which is fantastic. The 3 BHK apartments are spacious, around 1050 sq.ft carpet, so the children have enough room. Saarthak Constructions is building it, and the January 2027 completion date is fine. They have also included a Fire Fighting System and Water Conservation, which shows they are thinking about safety and the environment. The only downside is that the area can get dusty with ongoing construction around, but we expect that to settle down. Overall, it's a good choice for families.
