We needed a family home close to schools, and Prateek Park's proximity to Sacred Heart Convent High School (1.63 km) was a deciding factor. We chose a 2 BHK flat with a carpet area of 502 Sq.ft. It's a functional layout for our small family. The project by Prateek Enterprises is ready to move, which was ideal for us. Amenities like Solid Waste Management and Storm Water Drains are well-implemented. The location in Renuka Nagar offedecent connectivity to the Old Agra Highway. Our main concern is the carpet area of the 1 RK and 1 BHK flats; they seem quite small at 273 Sq.ft and 374-389 Sq.ft respectively, which might not be suitable for everyone. However, our 2 BHK is comfortable.

My main concern is the carpet area for the 2 BHK configurations, as the largest is 683 Sq.ft, which felt a bit smaller than I expected for the price point, although I haven't seen the actual price yet. Still, for a single peon, the 1 BHK is perfect.

The location near Trambak road and Ganesh Baba Nagar is convenient for our commutes. Prateek Enterprises has included practical amenities like rain water harvesting and open parking. The project completion in December 2021 means it's well-established. The only slight issue we found is the dust on the roads around the project area, which is common in developing parts of Nashik. But it is manageable and doesn't detract too much from the good living space.
