The location is excellent, being a short distance Shalimar Bus Stop and close to the Old Agra Highway. Suhail Umar Shaikh has included important amenities like Rain Water Harvesting and Landscaping & Tree Planting. The construction was completed in December 2023. My only slight worry is the limited space in the 1 BHK flat itself; the rooms feel a bit compact for the price. However, the overall neighborhood feels safe and the basic facilities are functional.
