Aroma Iqra Heights caught our eye because it's ready to move and the prices are quite attractive, around 19.5 Lakhs for a 1 BHK. The carpet area is about 381 square feet. We bought it primarily for the potential rental income, as the location in Tayba Nagar is developing. It’s close to the Nashik Freeway, which is good for connectivity. We haven't received the completion certificate or OC yet, which is a bit concerning for a ready-to-move property, but we are hoping that comes through soon. Aroma Realty is the developer. Overall, it seems like a sound investment for the budget.
