We purchased a plot in Royal Star looking for a peaceful place to build our retirement home. The project is in Ayappakkam, MGR Nagar, and offea serene environment with landscaping and tree planting. There are five community parks and a senior citizen siteout, which are excellent facilities for us. The plots are Vastu compliant, which was important for us. We opted for a 646 sq.ft plot. The price range from 34.45 Lakhs to 1.99 Crore is quite broad. While it's ready to move, the lack of an Occupancy Certificate is a slight concern. The Black-top Roads with Avenue Trees are well done.
